John McBride - Chairman of the Board of Directors
John McBride has been Managing Director of CC Capital Partners Group, a private investment and merchant banking group since December 1987. John has been a significant shareholder, director, or played an advisory role in several private and public companies during his career, including SOFTIMAGE INC., Northfield Capital Corporation, Hosted Data Transactions Solutions Inc. (formerly Dexit Inc.), Phoenix Coal Corporation, Anaconda Mining Inc., Andina Minerals Inc., Moto Goldmines Limited, Katanga Mining Limited, Normabec Mining Resources Ltd., Merc International Mining Inc., Quest Oil and Gas Inc., Pearl Exploration and Productions Ltd., (formerly Pan Global Energy Ltd.), Caspian Energy Inc., Costa Energy Inc., INI Power Systems Inc., Mightex Inc. and B.F. Realty Inc. Prior to forming CC Capital Partners Group, John was a financial consultant with Merrill Lynch Canada Inc. Mr. McBride began his career as a trader on the floor of the Toronto Stock Exchange.
Thomas Pladsen - Director
Thomas Pladsen has held senior management positions in a number of resource companies during his career. Mr. Pladsen acted as Chief Executive Officer of Katanga Mining Limited from February 2004 - November 2005, and Chief Financial Officer of the same company from February 2004 - June 2006. He was also the Chief Financial officer of Andina Minerals Inc. from January 2005 - June 2008. Mr. Pladsen is also a Director on the Boards of Merc International Minerals Inc., Northfield Capital Corporation, Hosted Data Transaction Solutions Inc., and White Pine Resources Inc. |
