Stephen Gledhill - Chief Financial Officer
Stephen Gledhill has over 20 years of financial experience.  Since 1993, he has been the President of Keshill Consulting Associates Inc., a boutique management consulting practice specializing in the areas of financial management and control, information systems implementation and strategic management.  From June 2002 to June 2004 Stephen was the Senior Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer of Borealis Capital Corporation, a Toronto-based merchant bank.  He is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Canadian Orebodies Inc., Uranium City Resources Inc., and San Anton Resource Corporation.

Christopher Eustace - Secretary
Christopher Eustace is a partner at Gowling Lafleur Henderson LLP, Toronto, Ontario where he has practised in the area of corporate and commercial law, securities and banking law since 1999. Christopher Eustace is a member of the Ontario Bar Association, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Law Society of Upper Canada, as well as the American Bar Association. He sits as an advisor/member on Advisory Committees of various Canadian organizations and he serves as a director on various boards of private Canadian companies.
