Anaconda Mining was formed through the merger of Anaconda with Colorado Minerals on January 8, 2007. Anaconda Mining is the parent company of Inversiones La Veta Limitada which was incorporated in Chile on December 22, 2003 to explore and develop mineral assets in Chile.
